Please note. This is for those
WHO ARE AT LEAST A YEAR out, preferably two or more, and AT GOAL weight, have slacked and lost the "feel" of the pouch.
You are
ONLY 6 MONTHS out, and not yet at goal, this is NOT what you should do. You are at a stage where you need to consolidate your new eating habits and new life style, learn to stick to YOUR SURGEON's rules--I'm sure 5DPT is NOT in your surgeon's program.
Also important is that doing something like this can be your OLD DIET MENTALITY--a quick fix for something you think that can be fixed easily. Here again, the most important thing to do is to establish a NEW EATING STYLE, a NEW LIFESTYLE. Weight loss surgery is NOT A DIET, it's a NEW LIFESTYLE. This can't be stressed enough.
I do not say anything to those who are long enough out, and who's weight is stable, or, gaining and need to get back the "feel" of the pouch, but, I will say,
DO NOT DO THIS to those who do not meet the conditions I have stated--more than a year out, preferably two, and at goal. nelie-baby, you are not yet at the stage to jump in and give it a go.
