Hey kids,

It doesn't look like there are a lot of people on here that had WLS a long time ago. If you're out there, I'd REALLY like to talk to you. I am still within five pounds of my lowest weight after losing 115 by 2001. I have not kept strictly on the diet guidelines, however, and I think I have taken things for granted because I'm young and my metabolism is still cooperating. I'm scared to DEATH of regaining since I have reconditioned my body to eat human portions again, and I still eat when I'm stressed or upset. I don't deserve to stay this size with the habits I've picked up again, and I believe if I don't adjust my lifestyle and my attitude that I'm going to face the consiquences sooner or later. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

10 years ago, the number of patients receiving weight loss surgery was one-tenth of now. The long timers are rather scattered and not too many. But we do have some good ones. CraigT, the host of this site, and the founder of WLS Channel, had his bypass surgery in 1997. Let's see, angelmolly, BreeChick, minnesotashopper are other names that come to my mind.
You've done well so far, so you are doing something right, if not everything
Don't stress yourself out, exercise, and find a good hobby that will allow you stress control, instead of eating.
