Jill, I am starting the 5 day pouch test on Monday. I have done ok with the weight lose part but find that I have let carbs back in my diet and have gained about 25lbs back working on getting back in touch with my pouch and getting all those carb cravings out. I hope you do well with your pouch test. I am a little unsure about the low carb protein shakes I don't have any recipes for low carb shakes as all mine have frozen unsweeten fruit in them. If you have any recipes for protein shakes or anyoen reading this I woul dlove to have them you can send the in a private message to me or just put them hear.
