Smile 1st day doing 5day pouch test diet
So far I am making it. I have had 2 cups of decaf coffee and 1 choclate protein shake. I will be drinking liquids for the next 2 days before moving on. It is going to be hard since I have my 3 granddaughters everyday and they will be eating the very things I am trying to break the habit from eating. chicken nuggets, fries, string cheese, etc. Need lots of prayers and encouragement. I know I can do this, but it isn't going to be easy!!!!

where did you get the test "instructions"? I tried to buy the book but it isn't in print and on AMazon there are 3? used copies at about $50. each. I am too soon out to do it but thought I should put it away for future use.

I looked in up on te internet under The 5 day pouch test diet. It is on the website. I am following it as closely as I can I have now had 2 cups of decaf coffee and 2 protein shakes. I have to start drinking my water. I have to get at least 64 oz in today of just water. Good Luck with your weight loss!!!1

Well the day has gone okay so far it is now 5:30pm and I have had 2 cups of decaf coffee, 2 sugar free popsicles, cream of chicken soup, and water. I am sitting here wondering what kind of protein shake I should have for dinner and then I have to get in 32 more ounces of water. I am trying hard not to put anything but liquids in my mouth but this not easy at all. I hope I can stick it out for the next 4 days. Still wanting my carbs now more than ever
