Question HELP Day 3 of pouch test!!!

I am on day 3 of the 5 day pouch day test and I am not sure if I am doing it right. I have had today 3 cups of decaf coffee,2 scrambled eggs, 2 cans of tuna, 2 boiled eggs and it is only 6:09pm. I have waited 30 mins between eating and drinking and have had 32 oz of water. I can tell no difference in the feeling of my pouch. Has anyone out there got any advise for me that has done this pouch test. If so what did you eat and when did you start to tell a difference. All advice is appreciated

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

This works for some people, not for others. You'll need to be patient.
Not many people on here have done this (not far enough out) so, the posts are few and far inbetween, sorry to say, but the results for those who have done this goes both ways.
At the least, you are controlling the amount you eat and drink, and all the timing, and getting back to *schedule* which is the most important thing.
