Default Advice on Avoiding Dumping / Low Blood Sugar / Reactive Low Blood Sugar

Ok I am 10 years post op and doing great, with one exception, dumping and low blood sugar. I am assuming it is mostly Reactive Hypoglycemia for the majority of the time. Can you post your suggestions on how to avoid dumping and low blood sugar? It seems like it is occuring more in the past year than ever, and no big changes in diet. I take 2 multi vitamins of the same vitamin I have taken since surgery. Help! This is getting to be an every other day occurance!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

It would help if you listed specifically what you are eating and when. I've found that I MUST eat a protein with carbs. If I eat a carb alone - like a piece of fruit - I'll dump. If I have a piece of cheese with it, no dump. I've also found that the time of day can affect whether I dump or not. Something that I can eat in the afternoon I can't eat for breakfast.

I get reactive hypoglycemia if I eat something that is high in fat AND carbs - donuts, cake, cookies, brownies, pie - all the bad stuff. Even a small bite will do it. I think my co-workers were trying to kill me last week. On two separate days they brought in 2 dozen donuts. I did have half a one but ate it with a hard boiled egg (weird combo!) and didn't have the low sugar afterwards.
