uhmm maybe i should try this too 5 days pouch test i am very happy for you i think i am out of control too myself i use to weigh 150 then i weigh myself yesterday its says 161 i am gaining more i cry yesterday when i see the number on the scale

Its true its easy to be out of control and its hard to stop and take control of head hunger i am suffering of it right now and trying to take control over my head hunger and i also start the 5 day pouch test today so far i am doing good no craving so far and drink my protein and water wish me luck to davonne you are my mentor

Good luck to us both!! I am in the same boat as you. I have just looked into the 5 day pouch test and will be starting it pretty soon myself. I have 40 lbs to drop and I am praying that this will work.
