Hello everyone! I am new to this site and am really lookin for motivation on getting back on track. I am 25year old female and I started at 267 and in Aug. 2006 I had gastric bypass and now I am 170. I had gone down to 160 which was a great weight for me but I somehow creepup to the 170 point and know its the devil carbs and snacking doing it. 8 have read about the five day pouch test before and want to try it.
