Default Day 1 Kaye Bailey 5 day pouch test

okay TODAY is day 1...
Liquid Protein - - - -

lo-carb protein shakes, broth, clear or cream soups, sugar free gelatin and pudding!!!!!!!!!

The first two days are all liquids. YOu can have as many lo carb protein shakes as you like to satisfy hunger or cravings. In addition drink at least six 8 ounce glasses of water. The purpose of all liquids is to break any snacking, grazing or processsed carb habits. In additionm the liquids will work to cleanse your system and prepare you for the following three days.

Try to reduce your caffine intake as well, but do not stop caffine cold turkey or you will feel sick and furstrated potentionally losing the deisre to continue with the pouch reset.

It is very important to drink 64 ounces of water each day to preven dehydration, will help ucrb cravings and will flush your body of toxins.

If you NOTICE symptoms of CARB withdrawal you can eat a small piece of
melon or orange. You can also try a dose of emergen C which should redue headache, dizziness or cramping from carb withdrawal.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

I will track my day eating here as well:

WATER: 56 ounces** so far!**

ICED COFFEE: plan said not to cold turkey coffee so i wont 8 ounces

Protein Shake : frosty chocolate 35 grams of protein, 4 carbs ready made can by Worldwide!
cream of chicken soup
bottle of diet snapple apple

2nd protein shake - ready made EAS carb control advant Edge 17 protein and 4 carbs

I have also had a diet snapple peach iced tea

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Because you are still in your rapid losing stage, less than one year out, not yet at nor close to goal. Stalls are part of your losing pattern, and this is not a stall breaker, but a getting back on track program for when you are able to eat a lot more both in amount and in types of food, and you have been picking up too much of the not so good for your pouch stuff.
.
Also, you've had a pretty bad time starting off, so you need to be sure that your body is completely back on track.
Besides, you need to strengthen your knee first, and your body will be picking up stuff that you need for your knee.
