Default DAY 3 : Kaye Bailey 5 day pouch test

im going strong ...down another pound getting all urges in control. CONSIDERING i just did two days of liquids i feel grand. I have no withdrawal symptoms and feel fabulous...if i could only keep out of the potty.......LOL

DAY 3:
\
The next three days you get to eat as much as you want as often as you want! Ahhh, but there's a catch: it has to be solid protein and you only get 15 minutes each time you sit down to eat. No drinking 30 minutes before or after meals and no drinking with your food. A dry pouch will hold your soft protein longer helping your to feel full and fed longer.
Protein Recommendations: canned fish (tuna or salmon) mixed with lemon and seasoned with salt and pepper, eggs cooked as desired seasoned with salt pepper and/or salsa, fresh soft fish (tilapia, sole, orange roughy), baked or grilled, and lightly seasoned.

HAPPY HALLOween

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Please do NOT DO this pouch reset UNLESS you are OVER ONE YEAR OUT or close to goal, finding that you can eat a lot of things and your eating is getting off track, bad habits coming back
THIS NOT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE UNDER A YEAR OUT!!
If your still within the first year of surgery, you are still under your surgeon's care, so DO NO DEVIATE from your surgeon's insturctions on anything without his/her release.

Stalls and bumps and humps in the weight going down, even during the rapid losing stage, is quite normal, so if you are still within a year out, and your weight loss seems to be slowing down, that is how it should be. Don't panic. Stick to your surgeon's rules, exercise--yes, exercise is very very important--and leave the rest up to your body.
