Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  I'm doing great!! Day 4 and I've lost 5 or 6 lbs. Had a hamberg patty for breakfast - I have trouble sometimes with hamberg but this seems ok. Brought my george foreman grill in the another hamberg for lunch. Going to have steamed shrimp for dinner. This is great. I haven't had a loss in months. GOod luck everyone. Kyle
