Exclamation Posting Guidelines for New Threads in this Forum

The Weight Loss Graduates forum is mainly for those who are over a year out, and close to, or at goal weight and maintaining.

This forum was created to meet the needs of those who have arrived at the stage where maintenance becomes the major issue, as opposed to the actual issues that arise througout the rapid losing stage during the year or two post op.

The subjects discussed here will be on issues and suggestions for whatever that come up later in the WLS post op life, and any threads unrelated to this stage of the journey will be moved to appropriate forums by the moderators.

Those who are still in the earlier stages are welcome to post in threads that are up, and may start new threads if the subject concerns the maintenance stage, and wants to ask Qs to those who are further out, but please note that if the subjects seem more appropriate for other forums, they will be moved.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
