|  Very confused and upset with Ins co!!!!!!
I have been waiting for some response from Insurance co, and they kept telling me they had no referral on the computer, I asked to speak to supervisor because they kept insisting there was no referral from doc's office but I had seen it myself, Well they called doc's and found the lady who had my case sitting on her desk, remember I had psych eval, nuts, and everything they said was needed on checklist, now they want new psych eval and for me to see dietician again? Is it because they were from my own doctors and they want their own doctor reports? aaaarrrrgggh!!!   |

Thank you ladies, I will call them first thing in the morning, My doctor's nurse said they are just trying to discourage me, but I will keep fighting them no matter what. I was so upset when I got this news, not gonna let it stop me!!!!

I had to come back to this. When I first joined this board I litteraly went off about insurance companys and how they do stuff. The one thing I have noticed is more of them are paying for this surgery. However they are not making it any easier to get it done.
