Default Anyone have Capital Blue Cross

So I heard back from the Dr's office today UGGGG. I have a few things I need to do before I can get approved. I have to have 3 months with a dietitian and have a phys evaluation. I have already completed 3 month with a dietitian in 05 does anyone know if I will have complete it over. Thanks any help would be great.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
