I posted a few days ago about having problems getting people to turn in the stuff needed for my ins co submnission.... Any way long story short yesterday I was told that it was going to be atleast a week and that I would be looking at late August. I was annoyed but kept a good attitude. I decided yesterday at about 2pm that we should go camping and bike rideing. Well 2 hours latter we were on the road. They were calling for rain all day yesterday and today, but I just didnt care! I was going to get away from temptation and get in some exercise. .
We had very little rain and it didnt stop us. Today we rode our bikes 13 miles. This is a huge deal for me! I had a goal of 1 year post op to be able to ride, walk or run half a marathon. I did it now and havent even had the WLS! What a rush!

Boy am I soar today though! I still feel great that I did it though.
