Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hi all

B- 1 1/2 oz. my homemade jerky
L- small banana & 2 pieces of sugarfree candy(one peanutbutter cup, was barely an inch in diameter and I had my yummy coconut candy, inch and half long, both candies are sugarfree of course) My husband has really been hard on my sugarfree coconut candies, he loves them.
D- carrots and steak beef pieces baked in cream of mushroom soup(low fat) made with water. I ate this for the first time the other day and it agreed with me really good, so I am going to make this more often for me and hubby, he likes this real well too but I have made this before but being I got so sick from everything early in my surgery and I am trying things slowly.
L- yogart- depends on how much I can eat becasue when I have steak it seems to keep me full longer.
S- I am going to have 1 1/2 fish patties(Van de camps) With about 1 teaspoon of tartar sauce.
L- sugarfree hotcoco with protein (Taffee) as you maybe noticed the taffee is my favorite. Thank goodness I bought a five pound bucket when they had it on sale for 38 dollors, I checked the other day and they do not have that on sale anymore. I make my sugarfree hotcoco with water and that way my protein drink with the sugarfree hot coco has only 6 carb in the whole drink. I make this in my bigger cups which holds two cups. I drink this slowly and it is sooo good and warming and it sure hits the spot.
