Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Drink while you work out!! Especially when it's hot. You will be a lot, which means you are losing a lot of water, so you need to keep hydrated as you work out. My tennis coach says to drink 500ml before starting exercise. Keep in mind, when you feel thirsty, you are already dehydrated, so you have drink enough to keep you from feeling thirst during exercise. I always have a bottle of water or sports drink with my when I work out at the gym. You've probably noticed that many of the aerobic workout machines (treadmills, aero bikes, etc) have bottle holder within easy reach. What do you think they are there for? Always keep a bottle there, and take a swig whenever you feel the need.
