Unhappy Good afternoon, it's Sat. what did you eat?

Well my eating wasn't that good..I'll tell ya

7:00 coffee
B: WWWC&V sandwich with black tea
S: cheese stick
S: crystal sugar free peach iced tea. SO far so good!
L: chicken, oatmeal soup, 3 bites chicken chinese, 2 tbsp mac & cheese, 1/2 corissant lots of carbohydrate I feel guilty

I should walk longer today, although my time is very tight this evening

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Good Morning one and all,
B 1 egg, 1T cream of wheat, 1 slice LF cheese
S Protein drink, 6oz. skim milk
L 1.5 oz. assorted cheese, 2 rice crackers, 1T hummus (YUM!)
D 3 pan seared scallops, 1 ricotta ravioli
S left over free pudding/jello from the night before.

I was on the road at lunch time and went into a gourmet market to buy my scallops. They had cheese samples and that is how I got my lunch!
Also weighed myself today...I'm down 6 # this week. I'm surprised because I really didn't feel as though I had lost any weight.
