Hi. It's Sunday and I have been gone most of the day. This is my food for yesterday.
B 4" naked pancake, cheese stick, 2 peeled cherries
S 2 bagel crisps, 1 slice LF cheese
L Protein drink in Crystal Lite
D 1/4 avocado, 2 oz. tuna, 1oz. cottage cheese

L: one slice pizza, 2 potato wedges (Bad!)
