Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Kenya, I have to toast my bread, the one thing I do like is that when I feel fullness from bread or whatever I stop eating right then and there. So at least I know I am not overeatting. I always try to get my protein in first-most times I don't finish the bread-just the protein on it.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | B-1/2 whole wheat englsh muffin, 1/4 c oatmeal S-1/2 100 cal protein bar L-2 slices of thick sliced deli turkey w cream cheese on 2 wheat crackers S-Protein Shake D-will be Boston Market chicken and green beans..(I'm in love with this meal) S-(if there is a need) 1/2 Trader Joes 100 cal dark choc bar I so miss sandwiches too! I toast my english muffin pretty good. Haven't gone out to eat too much, but one thing I miss so much is the bread basket, even though its silly because it fills you up before you fill up! So, what I did a couple weeks ago at a restaraunt with my Mom is I took out a piece of bread, and tore out the soft part and then put a dab of butter on the crust of the sourdough. It gave me a taste of what I wanted and tasted great with my soup. Go figure. If I knew that was all I needed to satisfy a craving..I might not have gained all that weight! |
