B - whole wheat toast with 1 slice ff balogna and 1 slice ff chesse
(it wasn't bad)

S- 1/2 42 gram tropical fruit bullet watered down w/10 oz of water

(because now I know you can't do 42 grams at once AND should wait 1/2 hour before and 1/2 hour after liquid protein so as not to flush -geeze)

So all this time I was not only getting less protein in a day because 1/2 was just going in the toilet (literally) but I was drinking right after - so how much of a 42 gram bullet was I even getting??)



L - 4 ounces fresh shrimp, sauteed in ff chicken broth,
minced garlic, pat of butter. (finished from yesterday)
About 4 ounces fresh pineapple (wow, was that good, almost over ate!)

S - 9 all bran crackers, garlic flavor (that's 1/2 serving, they are small)

Good morning everyone!!!

B- hotcoco protein drink--12 protein(I only put in half the protein powder
L- I just cannot eat anything
D- going to be around 1pm, I am going to fry me some fish (4 oz.)-- 32 protein
L- yogart --- 7 protein
S- around 7 Pm I am going to have 3 oz. fryed fish again--24 protein
L- ricecake with peanutbutter sugarfree syrup mix on top of the rice cake.-- 7 protein
Edie gave me the idea with the ricecake, ohh is it ever good and I love the crunch to it and is low in carb. Yummy yummy
