good morning!
i forgot to get some fruit roll ups! lol!
just coffee so far but the plan is as follows:

B: 1 scrambled egg with cheese on rye toast
S: strawberries cut up and 4 ozs vanilla carb control yogurt
L: 1 c chilli YUM!
S: coffee cake (DAY RUINED)
D: 3/4 of a frozen pizza for one BURNT lol! it was gross but i tried
