Hi everyone. It's not quite midnight here yet but I'm done for the day and thought I would post since I'm done with food for today.

B 2oz. tuna & cottage cheese, 4 saltines, 1 slice fresh peach
S Protein Shake
L Broiled chix. breast, 3 shoestring fries
S Protein Shake
D Mozerella stick, Broccoli marinated in lite raspberry dressing
S 2 spoons Mexican soup, 2 spoons melted ice cream

HI KAT....
WHAT i ate yesterday...well I am off from work so my eating is on
a holiday mode and not the best for looseing:

BREAKFAST: cheese and piece of bacon

SNACK: watermelon

LUNCH: 2 potatoe skins w/ cheddar cheese and bacon and lofat sourcream

SNACK: cheese its

DINNER: chicken salad on a whole wheat wrap

SNACK: no sugar added absolotuly free chocolate POP

Ah, Yesterday for me was not so great yesterday either.

B: One plain cup of coffee, one with protein.
S: 2 cheese sticks.
L: Lentils, cheese, and pretzels.
D: the rest of the lentils.
S: cheese and pretzels.

Also, I licked the brownie spoon..................yuck!

Enjoy the 4th. Off to the parade and a barbecue soon. S

7:00 Coffee
B: 3 baby hot dogs
S: 1/3 slim fast protien bar, 3 sips of coffee
S: one handful light popcorn + skimmed butter milk
S: one small spoon south beach peanut butter
L: grandma recipe meat balls soup and then it
I saw this at Opra
(1/4 cup ok K special cereal, 1/4 cup all bran low carm kellogs, 2 small spoon wheat germ) and < 1/2 cup skimmed milk. enjoyed it.
