Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

L- I am sure that I am going to miss this becasue I have not eaten breakfast yet and it is 9 am.
D- 10 wheat thins & dip and ricecake with peanutbutter syrup mix and butter
L-banana(small)
S- 2oz. porksteak & about an hour earlier than pork I am going to have about 12 cup lettuce with cucumbers & 2 slices of chopped up tomatoes in with the lettuce and dorthy lynch dressing.
L- I really doubt if I am going to eat anything becasue I am sure that I will be full from supper. But if I am a little hungry I might have my hotcoco protein drink.

Well after this post I am going to heat up my chili and eat it now.

S - 1/2 bullet

L - left over from mall food court last night ( 2 oz burbon chicken, 1/2 cup chinese veggies (more like cabbage and broccolli) Instead of nuking it I sauteed it in the skillet with some fat free chicken broth - much more moist then microwave!

D - taco salad (2 ounces ground beef, seasoning, little bit of salsa, black olives, fat free sour cream and maybe one taco shell broken up and used to scoop)
