Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Missed breakfast and lunch and I am going to start out with dinner. So I will be eating late tonight to make up for the protein. Sometime this afternoon I am going to try and make those chocolate nobake cookies that I was talking about and will let you all know tonight how they turned out. If they are good I will post the recipe to the cookies. I am also going to make my Cheese Kuchen without the crust this afternoon. I have not had then in a while and oh that is going to be yummy. Dinner- 1 cup chicken dumpling soup & 1/2 raw tomato Lunch- hotcoco protein drink and sample my cho. nobake cookies Supper- 2 oz. fryed steak pieces & lettuce with a few cucumber slices with a slice or two of a tomato with dorthy lynch dressing an hour before the steak pieces. lunch- cheese kuchen without the crust(3 oz.) lunch again about midnight and I think I am going to have the hotcoco protein drink so that I get in my protein. The two protein hotcoco drinks today will give me 44 proteins. I think I am going to get some more chicken dumpling soup that is in a can. It is very tasty and not bad with protein. I get two servings out of a can and gives me 10 protein with one serving. It is a little carby like 17 carbs, but then I watch my carbs the rest of the day. I might have to share a can with my husband next time becasue he tasted my soup and he said that it really tasted good and would like some, when I buy more next time I get to town
