5' 6" Height: | Hi!!! So glad to be able to post again. My PC HD "left the building". I forgot my pass here and have to go to bros to get on line. I miss you all so much!!! Protein drink 2 1" Muenster, .5 oz cheerios, 1/2 banana crystal lite & Protein drink .25 pc bread w/.5 t. butter, .5oz tuna 3 oz. grilled salmon, 3oz. cooked green beans 1 T cheerios I have to get my act together on my vegetables. I feel myself drifting too much toward my old "friends" fats and starches!!! Kat |

| Hmmmmmm.... Friday,. Breakfast Drink Cheese stick and whole wheat crackers for snack at work. Soup for lunch Another breafast drink for early dinner 1 piece of leftover fish from husbands dinner., first time for fish,,,not too bad. 2 sf fudgecycles for eve snack Again no vegs....need to work on that.... phew.....robbin
