L-cabbage soup(3/4 cup) with a little cream and ketchup S- going to be late supper, 2 drumsticks, 1/3 of raw cucumber L- protein hot coco, an hour before bed, I am a night owl Not the best choices today but I just gave into my cravings today becasue I did so good the other days. I thought I was in a stall but here at the weekend it came off. I was so surprised. I got off 3 pounds from last week up to this morning. I hope I don't bounce but if I do I think I did good for the last few weeks. I also cleaned out my drawers and closet today again. I am going to sew in a few tops again just the fact I am in and out of them in such a short time and I am going to order my 2 new tops this weekend from Romans, for special ocassions.
