Kathy I have a question, what do you stuff your peppers with. Only thing I can think of so far is hamburger. I love stuffed peppers and use to stuff it with hamburger and rice and rice is out of the question now. And I definatly got to have ketchup on it. I have lots of peppers frooze that I got out of my garden and I would like to start to use some more next week. I ate it one time and made it with just hamburger, how boring.

I actually get these from an Italian place by the house...the owner is GREEK and he CAN COOK!! It's mostly beef/lamb, but there is a little rice in with it..he tops it with his homemade marinara, a bit of cheese and bakes it! They are OUT OF THIS WORLD!

Kitty...
I stuff my peppers w/ground turkey...hamburger makes me sick. Then I add lentils to it. Yes, lentils! LOL They are really good for you and they take the place of the rice.
