Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

S - AcheivOne coffe/protein

B - french toast w/mashed strawberrys on top (I bought petridge farms "thin" bread, dipped 2 slices in eggs (just like making regular french toast - added a little vanilla extract to the mix) cooked on skillet w/pam and mashed up about an ounce of frozen strawberrys and put on top with a little sprinkle of splenda - pretty dang good, just gets soggy quick cause of strawberrys. Cooking the bread in the egg kind of crisps it up...

S - bullet in 16 oz water bottle

L - beef and broccolli

D - 1/2 slice of pizza (pouch did not like - felt like a lead balloon)

S - 1/2 south beach meal bar
