| Big Loser | So far, a glass of skim milk, and a can of chopped spinach mixed with plain yogurt. I'm preparing marinara sauce tomight jam packed with veges so I can eat as much as I want. I'm going to try whole wheat pasta and see if it might fly with the family. Just not hungry today. Now yesterday.. Caponata, crackers, and entire t-bone steak, horseradish, mixed summer squashes and 1/4 bag of disgusting cheddar cheese popcorn. OINK! That's probably why I'mnot hungry today. That and I'm up tp 171 and the bod's putting on the brakes.. Nice to have the bod working with me instead of against me. Although I admit, it was my brain that overode the bod and ate myself to 370 Vicki |
