good morning
got up early and exercised

so far just coffee

the plan is
B: 1 scrambled egg with cheese 1 whole grain english muffin (actually ate half the egg with cheese and 1/2 the english muffin)
S: 100 calorie slim a bear ice cream bar
L: 1 slice of pizza (from a personal pan)
S: 1.5 oz pepperjack cheese 7 trisuits
D: 3 oz burger with cheese, steamed cabbage ( ate 1/2 the burger and no cabbage)
S: ?

i give up lol. im bored with all protein and i cant seem to stick to what i plan for the day. too much temptation around me. this is like the 10th timei have changed my menu for the day UGH!!!!!!!!!!

Kenya How Can You Not Have Enough Protein Im Looking At Your Day And It Looks Like You Have More Than Enough Protein. Are You Entering It Into Fitday Correctly Hun. i just added the chicken as a last resort LOL. i dont know why but my pie chart is nuts. it says i have more fats than anything. i dont get it. im still under 900 calories though so i guess thats good. who knows? i will probably end up not eating all of this today but im going to try.

You Probably Still Have Enough Without The Chicken Hun. I Didnt Add The Cheeses In B4. But Get Lowfat Products In The Future, Esp Meats. That Chop Meat Will Kill Ya With Fat Unless You Get The Extra Lean Or Turkey Meat. Stick To Your Plan And Eat It This Is An Excellent Meal Plan So You Should Really Stick To It Today Hun
