Hi there,

I encourage everone to keep this post up and running. I'm having difficulty these days to find time to publish this post I'm very squeezed with work and excersise. So please feel free whom ever participate in this post to take the initiation of posting it first early your time.

7:00 coffee
B: 2 cheese stick
S: baby dogs, green tea with mint
S: coffee
L: light pop corn
water water water
vitamins and medication
for 15 minutes, and then for 45 minutes. My body is tired today, couldn't do more!
S: apple
D: WWWC&V sandwich, green with mint tea
S 2 cheese sticks, Ritz salty crakers (lots of carbs soooo bad!)

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey Hanadi. How are you today?

Hmmmmmmmmmm for me yesterday:

B: Coffee with protein
L: 2 cheese sticks and yogurt
S: Soy crisp 100 cal pack
D: Went out to dinner and ordered an angus burger w/ fries. Had about 3 bites of burger and about 5 fries.........well, then . Yes, right in the restaraunt.
S: Yogurt

Water.......not as much as I should have had, but will be better today. S

Oh SHH I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience in the resturant I was the same the whole day of last Thursday. I had the same thing after my lunch out at the Hard Rock Cafe ooowwwweeee so gross.
Women next to the sink freshening up were staring at me when I got out of the toilet I felt so much embarrassed

I'm still eating that vege marinara with a little pasta and I had a banana. I'll take a protein shake with me when I go out in a little bit. Tonight, haven't thought about it, but I'd better or I'll lose it at the very end. That's how I ended up eating chicken nuggets from the freezer last night.

I haven't had to be strict at all for years. This stinks, and I know it is 100% me not working out. I'll get back to it tomorrow, I promise myself.

Meanwhile I can do some stratches and light weights at home today just to limber up.
