Post Monday what did you eat?

Coffee
B: cheese stick
S: 3 bites of my favorite WWWC&V sandwich with green and mint tea
S: skimmed butter milk, apple, cheese stick, peanuts
L: soup, 3 felafels, 2 slices cantiloupe
had my vitamins and calcium
Jogged/walked for 40 minutes (2.25 km) I slack, I used to have better fitness I'm not sure y I slack!
S: 1 plum, 1 small peach
D: red apple

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I had
f/f cottage cheese with cantalope,
vege marinara w/ whole wheat pasta,
salad with sun dried tom/basil feta/greek olives/purple onion/garbazo beans/ cuke/ tomatoes and balasamic vinegar w/ a splash of olive oil.

I'll have a protein shake late after my support group meeting if I get hungry.

Oh, and a peach, too.

S 2 T Seafood salad
L 2 oz. turkey breast, 1 oz. brick cheese, 8 wheat thins
D 3 oz. chix. breast, 1/4 c. cottage cheese

I didn't have the protein shake. The store had some peak of the season cherries on sale, so I got some of those instead. Surprisingly, I am now soooo full. A little too full. Too bad my moth is faster than my brain!
