| Big Loser | I had f/f cottage cheese with cantalope, vege marinara w/ whole wheat pasta, salad with sun dried tom/basil feta/greek olives/purple onion/garbazo beans/ cuke/ tomatoes and balasamic vinegar w/ a splash of olive oil. I'll have a protein shake late after my support group meeting if I get hungry. Oh, and a peach, too. Vicki |
