Protein drink, 1 c. skim milk
B 1/2 pear, 10 rice crisps, 2 T hummus
S 2 T Seafood salad
L 2 oz. turkey breast, 1 oz. brick cheese, 8 wheat thins
D 3 oz. chix. breast, 1/4 c. cottage cheese
