Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | B- hotcoco protein drink L- half of a little bag of protein chips(7 of them) D- ate at Grizzlys, 4 oz. of hamburger, with ketchup, without the bun, 1/4 of a cucumber. I was so hungry and am surprised that I got 4 oz. hamburger down. I could not eat the other oz and just left it and I had about 1 teaspoon of the coleslaw they offered instead of potatoes. I should have told them to forget the coleslaw, ended leaving it all except for the teaspoon I ate. L- protein bar S-pork (2oz), 2 pieces of snack toast L-beef jerky (1 or 2 oz later on)
