Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

how do you guys do just 3 meals a day. i find my self picking so i log it as a snack...i wonder. maybe i need to eat more at each meal? i still cant figure this out lol.

Kenya - don't forget, I'm still in the 'I'd rather eat nothing and I only eat because I have to' phase of my journey. It will surely change as time moves on, but for now I'm good. I just get my protein in and try to drink as much as possible!
