D - tried to eat a slice of pizza ( icky feeling in pouch...) just ate the cheese, then made some cream of mushroom soup w/oyster crackers

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I am having a bad day with munchies, seems I am hungry today.
Is this bad eating today and I hope it is better tomarrow? I tried tuna today and it was good tasting to me but I had to put chopped up raw onions to take some of the tuna taste away.

B- 1 oz. headcheese & 3 turkish figs
L- missed
D- 3 soda crackers with tuna mixed with light miricle whip and chopped onions on top(3T), 1 cup dumpling soup-I only had about 4 little dumplings in the soup, it was mostly juice, and 1/2 cob corn. I could not hardly believe that all fit in my pouch. But I did space it apart a little not all at once. About an hour later I had 3 sugar free candies(I just had to have them and gave into my craving)
L- yogart with protein cereal mixed in it.--around 4pm
S- deep fryed shrimp & baked cabbage about 1/4 cup-- around 7pm tonight
L- hot coco protein drink

Is this a bad day????? Dinner I know was bad.
