I am going to try and be a good girl today and eat right. I am going to try and keep my carbs real low today, I think I overdid it the last few days and I got my one pound off that I wanted off so bad the last week or so.
B- headsheese (2oz.) and some baked cabbage
L- 2 squares of date bars my mom made me
D- I am going to try and make the hardees mushroom burger(yummy)
L-protein bar
S- fish(about 4 oz.) 1 square of date bar, if I have room for it, fish is first
L- hotcoco protein drink
Not to bad for a day of eating.

I am so excited....usually on a Holiday I would blow it, then feel bad, and most likely feel bad for a few more days cause it would take that long to get back on track....now with my new tool...I can have a piece of ham, a little bit of potato and be full and satisfied and NOT FEEL QUILTY!
B - 1 slice of toasted zuchinni bread, fat free cream cheese
coffee
L - Just under a cup of pasta y fagoli (pasta & beans)

I found this recipe on the internet that is suppose to taste just like hardees mushroom burger, well it is darn close to the hardees mushroom burger and oh is that ever good. I did not have the whorshire sauce so I used a teaspoon of soy sauce and it tasted good. This is what the recipe called for.
MUSHROOM SAUCE
In a kettle put in one can of golden mushroom soup, one small can of sliced mushrooms, one teaspoon of soy sauce and a dash of accent seasoning and a dash of pepper. I brought this to a boil. I put my hamburger in the george forman grill and then on the plate I put one slice of swiss cheese and I put the hamburger on top and I put one slice of swiss cheese on top of the hot hamburger so that it would melt a little and then on top of that I put as much as the mushroom sauce that I wanted. This was sooo good and tasty. I like that I can make it homemade and this way I can put as much sauce as I want to.
