OK what did I eat yesterday hmmmm
7:00 coffee
B: cheese stick
S: peanuts, green tea with mint
L: at the Chillies chicken and mushroom soup, 2 boneless buffelo wings, trio Fajita eat maye 3 bites and that it
S: Cappuccino
S: light pop corn and maybe 3 sips of sugare free apple juice (Felt like will puke!)
S: 3 bites sugar free Vanilla Ice cream (felt like I was dumping, I agree with you girls sugar alcohol or aspartime has the same effect like natural sugar!)
D: 2 white small breads with olive oil and oregano (My fav. I like the sour taste!)
No excersise for yesterday
