Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | 7:00AM coffee B: one small mano'oosha (white slice bread with olive oil and oregano)S: cheese stick S: one small maltitol chocolate (is maltitol OK?) L: chicken soup with 4 spoons of indian rice and gosht vendalu (beef stew) water, my water isn't that great these days! D: sucks! but here it is anyways pop corn and microwaved canderil chocolate bar with 1 tbsp peanut butter (UGGHHH I feel foamy!) for 20 minutes, for 20 minutes to feel less guilty!
