As a help to myself i have decided to log what I have been eating I did not see that anyone posted it for today so here is mine.


16oz Diet S/f tea (multi,calcium)
B: 2 hard boiled eggs (deviled egg style)
1/2 1% low fat cottage cheese
8oz Diet s/f tea (multi)
11oz protein eas low carb
L: 1Cup of Chilli
2T shreded mexican cheese
8oz tea
Sudding
16oz tea
D:1c chilli
2T cheese

Thats my day
