Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I do not feel good today and I try to push the water and trying to get in my protein. B & L- nothing stomach is to upset D- 1 oz chopped ham(that made my stomach sicker so I stopped eating) L- I had protein drink with water ( 1 1/2 scoop of protein) S- porkchop (2oz) L- I think I am going to have another protein drink so that I can get in my protein, made with water. instead of putting in one scoop I put in 1 1/2 scoop so that I get in my proteins today.
