Good afternoon,

7:00AM
B: 2 hehehe neat (cheese sticks)
S: , peanuts and skimmed butter
L: 4 tb tb sp's lasagna, 4 tb sp's steamed whole wheat grains with ground beef (Jereesh Kuwaiti dish) one slice cantaloupe
S: green tea with mint
1/2 liter water

Gone to the for an hour, Loved it. My performance is enhancing a lot!
S: apple while I'm driving back home.
D: Tuna fish with lite mayo, green olives, green pepper
1/2 liter water

My water sucks, I should increase it especially in this weather!

Hi Chuppy,
It is very hot here too...97! I wish that I could swim, besides to cool off I feel as though I'm ready. Oh well, Aug. is not that far off.
B) 2 Protein w/coffee
L) 1 slice cheese pizza (street fair)
D) 3oz. dry seared scallops, marinated green beans
