Achieve coffee/protein
B - 3 oz chicken burger
L - 1 crab cake - gave 1/2 to dogs, mostly bread
L - 1/2 cup pea soup w/about 1 oz cut up ham
S - 2 oz fat free, no sugar added vanilla ice cream
D - all beef hot dog sliced down the middle w/1 oz fat free cheese (broiled so the cheese melts)
S - protein shake

S - I'm making one of Kitty's recipes tonight. It's dessert like, but I figure if I give in to this craving and it's healthy with protein and splenda for sweetener, it'll be WAY better than before wls!!!!
Also, no nectar today, maybe later. I did have a SB strawberry/banana protein water - yummy !!!
