Arrow Hello every1, Monday what did you eat?

7:00 AM coffee
B: cheese stick, 2 baby hotdogs
S: peanuts,green tea with mint , 2 bits of protien bar
S: apple
L:4 vegi nuggets with chelli Ketchup, 4 spoons of vegi soup (Foamy!)
I had to eat little white dry bread to stop the foamies

for an hour (4 km distance), 20 minutes weight burning interval

D: Tuna Salad, cheese stick

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

B) Double protein w/coffee
L) 2oz. chix. thight, marinated broccoli, chick peas, H2o chestnuts, zucchini
S 1oz. chix. and same veggies, bite mac. and cheese
D) 2oz. steamed shrimp, .5 fortune cookie
