Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | 7:00 AM coffee B: cheese stick, 2 baby hotdogs S: peanuts,green tea with mint , 2 bits of protien bar S: apple L:4 vegi nuggets with chelli Ketchup, 4 spoons of vegi soup (Foamy!) I had to eat little white dry bread to stop the foamies for an hour (4 km distance), 20 minutes weight burning interval ![]() D: Tuna Salad, cheese stick
