Trying to get back into recording this since I have been low on protein and fluids!

B- cauliflower with slice of cheese
L- handful of goldfish, fruit cocktail (made w/splenda)
S- 10 peanut butter M&M's (my bad!)
D- terriyaki chicken and little bit of rice, soybeans

Only had about 24 oz water so far....... gonna try to do at least 20oz tonight!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
