i just finished sipping on a shake. i made it a double to get in some protein and some calories. took me an hour and a half to drink it. i hope that was slow enough to get in more than 25g lol. oh well...

I Hear Ya Girl Lately Id Rather Drink A Protein Drink Than Eat. I Was Thinking This Today. Infact A Little While Ago I Was Suppose To Have A Snack And Pick A Drink Over Food. I Wish I Could I Just Drink My Life Away (protein Drinks) Lol. Or At Least One Day!!!!!!!!!! I Dont Know If I Can Do That Right Now Cause Im Preg But If I Werent Preg I Would Take A Day Off Ffrom Food And Just Spend A Day Of Drinking Achiev One Protein Drinks, Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
