B) Cream of wheat, LF ricotta Protein Drink w/crystal lite L) 1/2 turkey sandwich on rye, veg. soup D) 5 small boiled shrimp, 2 cheese rav. and a few green beans OMGoodness...ate the shrimp too fast or didn't chew well enough a very dumb move on my part....
