Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

L- 1/2 serving soy crisps and 2/3 of an ostrich/beef jerkey snack
D- 3.5 oz chicken stuffed with cheese and spinach, wrapped in turkey bacon (Yummy- made it up!)

The enchaladas I made were so good and agreed with me very good. They were so low carb. I ordered the tortilla wraps that are low in carb. one tortilla wrap has only 7 carb. and has 5 protein. The wraps are medium in size. I used four tortilla wraps and I used a small can of enchalada sauce & fryed hamburger, then a few minutes before it is done I put on top mexican shredded cheese. So the whole pan full I made has only 42 carbs. but I can only eat a 1/2 of a wrap so that will give me 8 meals. I would freeze half of them but my daughter & son are coming tomarrow and I know my daughter is going to try some and then my son is going to eat some, he likes them very much. Tomarrow or sunday I want to try a hotdish with the enchalada wraps. I am going to fry up some hamburger and cut two enchaladas into thin strips(noodle like) and then I am going to add a can of mushroom soup and mix this all together and bake it for about an hour. I done that before and it is so good, just like a hotdish without the noodles but the enchaladas take the place of noodles. My sister gave me that idea years ago. I use the healthy choice cream of mushroom soup.

Thank you

Achieve comes in a little glass bottle and are a coffee protein drink like Starbucks frappacinos. I found them at Hi Health.

Bullets are in things that look like a large plastic test tube- it's a thick liquid protein you can drink straight or mix into drinks. I get mine at the Vitamin Shoppe.

I like them both!!
