Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Well I was a little hungry and bloated, turned out it was PMS. I ate a bunch of small meals and felt much btter. B - 1/2 cup special K red berries with a splsh of skim milk (Kenya I tried those pancakes - took one bite and tossed 'em. They looked perfect, but just didn't taste right) S - 3 oz of clam chowder w/ added shrimp + 1 oz cheddar cheese w/LF wheat thins L - 2-3 oz chicken + 1/4 cup green beans D - 3 oz clam chowder w/ added shrimp + LF wheat thins w/phili cream cheese monterey jack/cheddar spread - yummy!!!!!! S - 3-4 strawberries w/ 1 pkt of splenda, a dollop of SF cool whip + 100 cal pack of lorna doones (wls strawberry shortcake, lol) - SOOOO YUMMY!!!!!!!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | They weren't pancakes like you're thinking, which is why I tossed 'em. They were made with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 egg, 1 tbsp of flour and I added vanilla. You blend it in the blender and it really LOOKS like a pancake - just doesn't taste like one! It tasted like cottage cheese with SF syrup, lol!
