Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Gorgeous morning everyone 7:00 coffee with cheese B: 3 bites Mana'oosha (triangle of white bread slice with oregano and olive oil), 3 bites Felafel with Labna (thick yougurt) sandwich. S: green tea with mint 20 minutes walking, 2 minutes biking (Jude's call of the nature, she had to read a story to ease the tough time!) had lost my sport enthusiasm ![]() L: had chicken and mushroom soup, 5 french fries with honey mustard dip, one small chicken casidilas at Chillies. (Lots of carbs I feel guilty) S: 150 ml diet coke (could not resist it!) D: beans 1/2 sandwich. C ya

D: One piece sausage, and a few bites of pasta with zucchini, tomatoes, yellow squash and mushrooms. (Dang..........still can't do the pasta.........even a bite. ![]() S: Popcorn Water and Decaf Iced Tea wih Lemon. Have a great day pal. S |

I'm really sorry that your stomach still can't tolerate the pasta, I don't have problem with it at all except the spegatti!!! anything long I can't take it like the noodles or some leavey vegi's! hehehe it's funny, tell you the truth I hate the puke to death but I feel happy that it's out so I won't gain weight I guess I have some bolimic deep thoughts hehehhehe

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Hey there! My eating hasn't been so good today. I have been without power since last night and don't have any idea when we will have power. There was a big storm that hit here and the powerlines were ripped from my home. They said it could be up to 5 days before we get power. So needless to say my eating is suffering. B - 2 scrambled eggs and piece of sausage L - Chicken salad sandwich from a fast food place, was loaded with carbs! D - who knows what that will bring for this evening. Hopefully something high in protein and low carb, maybe a steak on the grill since no power. HUGS to all, Shelley

5' 6" Height: | Hello everyone, Just making it under the wire for this post. Just got my new Mac set up and on line. It took 157 minutes on the pone with a tech. but this is the first place I came!!!!! B) oatmeal w/rasins, 1 bite egg Protein drink w/coffee L) 2.5 turkey on rye with 1/2 slice cheese, marinated veggies S) 1 c. tomato soup D) Fahita veggies, 1/4 c. LF yogart, 2T mac., 1oz. grnd beef, 3oz. turkey I'm tired. I think I will weigh myself tomorrow...it's been 2 weeks. Kat |
